Step 1
Prepare the Surface
First, we make sure your concrete is thoroughly clean and completely dry. Sealing over dirt, stains, or moisture just traps them underneath, making the sealer less effective.
Cleaning, another one of A-1's specialties, gives your concrete the best chance at long-lasting protection.
Step 2
Apply the Sealer
When the concrete surface is ready, we apply the sealer using a brush or sprayer, depending on the needs of the project.
We use a high-quality penetrating sealer, which absorbs into the pores of the concrete and creates a barrier against water, chemicals, and wear.
Step 3
Drying and Curing
After the sealer is applied, it needs time to dry and cure.
The exact timing depends on the weather and the specific sealer's needs, but once it's ready, the surface will be shielded from wear and tear, helping to prevent cracking, spalling, and other damage.
