This is a great mom and pop company that delivers professional results and a decent price. Elaine came and looked at the work and wrote the bid which I took right there. Their work is guaranteed and the hole they had to drill to mud jack was small and they filled it in so it looks like the rest of the sidewalk. They showed up when they said and it didn't take long at all.. Yes yes yes. Use these guys. You can trust them to deliver quality work at competitive prices.

These folks do great work. There is an art to this and I'm happy we had them come out. Much cheaper than waiting for worse things to happen and having new concrete poured. I feel much more comfortable with these guys than others because they use limestone slurry vs foam to lift and level. The quote is what you pay and they guarantee their work. Book early. We'll use them in the future on the areas we couldn't get to this year.

I was very impressed with their quality of work. Starting from scheduling, they were really busy had my appoinment was scheduled out about 6 weeks from the time a called to make the appointment. I was impressed that with the on-off rain we experienced after scheduling that A-1 from Elk River,MN were still able to come out on the date that we scheduled six weeks prior. Their work turned out perfect and exactly how I was expecting. I will totally recommend A-1 to anyone in need of concrete lifting. I also want to mention that they have 3 year warranty to back up their work.
