The information here is specific to the warranty for A-1 Concrete Leveling Louisville, Kentucky, and each franchise may vary in warranty terms and coverage. Discuss this with your A-1 Concrete Leveling team in your area to learn more about the warranty they provide.
What is our warranty?
A-1 Concrete Leveling Louisville provides a three-year transferable warranty on interior and exterior concrete leveling done on slabs of concrete that are more than five years old.
Because the warranty is transferable, if there are trip hazards or settling around your home and you are planning on selling it, we can repair them quickly and pass the warranty on to the buyers, giving confidence to both you and the new homeowners that the repair will last.

How can you submit a warranty claim?
If you feel like you need to utilize your warranty, simply give us a call. We’ll take note of the details and get you on the schedule for a consultation to review the problem. We’ll also ask you to send in photos ahead of time so we have an idea of what we’ll be looking at.
After your consultation, if the issue is something we can address, we will schedule a time to come back and fix it. Although possible, it’s very rare that something we see in our consultation isn’t covered.
Why don’t we warranty newer concrete?
You may be wondering why we only warranty concrete leveling on slabs that are over five years old. This is because newer concrete is much more likely to settle naturally as the soil and sub-material under the slab shift and compact the most in its first five years.
Recently-installed concrete is typically placed on sub-material or soil that hasn’t had time to settle which causes the slab to sink relatively quickly, making it easier for the concrete to become unlevel.
Why do we offer a warranty?
While we only get called back for warranty work on fewer than 1% of the jobs we do, we know that offering a warranty is essential. Sometimes concrete resettles, and giving you the peace of mind of knowing that we’ll be there if that happens is our goal with the A-1 warranty.
We stand by our work and want to make sure you feel confident that your repair will withstand the test of time.
