The Foundation Repair Process

The process for repairing foundations varies greatly depending on the type of foundation (poured concrete, concrete block, etc…) as well as the issues you are having. From leaning chimneys, to bowed or cracked basement walls to sinking foundations, A-1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair has a number of different solutions depending on your foundation needs. And all of our solutions come with the peace of mind that you’ve taken care of the issue the right way and won’t have to deal with it again in the future.

Sinking Foundations

For sinking foundations, we recommend the A-1 Concrete Leveling patented Quad Power Piering foundation repair system. You can read more about how it works, and the process for installation here.

Bowed Basement Walls

For basement walls that are showing signs of bowing, and cracking, we oftentimes will recommend the installation of Carbon Fiber Straps. Click here to see more about our process for installing carbon fiber straps on bowed basement walls.
