Creating a new, firm foundation under a structure that is sinking may seem like an impossibility. After all, how can you replace a foundation that the whole rest of the building is sitting on? Fortunately, you don’t have to. A-1 Concrete’s patented Quad Power Piering system allows us to virtually create a new foundation by driving steel piers down into the ground until they reach a firm foundation. Then these piers are permanently attached to your existing structure, immediately stopping any settling that is occurring. Then, to top it off, A-1 can lift your sunken foundation back up to its original level. You end up with a new, solid foundation, that will remain in place for years to come.

Bracket is bolted to the foundation and steel cylinders are driven into the ground.

When the cylinder reaches bedrock, A-1’s patented piering flange flares out creating a strong footing.

Foundation is lifted into place and locked off. Then limestone grout is pumped under the foundation creating a solid base.

Free Detailed Proposal

We provide a complimentary, detailed proposal of your foundation which allows us to create a complete solution for you.

Our exclusive, patented Quad Power Piering system enables our A-1 experts to provide advanced technology to foundation repair. After the foundation is excavated, high strength steel quad power piers are strategically placed and pressed into the ground, where the base is expanded to provide a stable lifting platform. The structure is lifted and then the piers are permanently locked in place and filled with concrete. The void beneath the foundation is then filled with grout to further stabilize the foundation.

Filling the void with grout evenly distributes the load of the structure, provides additional strength, and also helps prevent soil erosion and pest infestation. The foundation is then backfilled to a rough grade.

Repairs can take as little as one day, or up to several days for larger jobs. A-1 Concrete Leveling is committed to making the foundation repair process easy and stress-free for you, and will care for your home as if it were our own.

All foundation repair services are performed by experienced team members and backed by warranties.
