Concrete Repair Sales Rep.

Proven experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically in concrete repair or related fields is preferred.

• Competitive Starting Base Salary: $30,000

• Earn up to $90,000 annually with commission (3% after training)

First 90 days will be a ramping up/training period. Pay will be $1000 a week during this time.

Your Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential customers for estimates either in-person or virtually.

• Craft engaging sales presentations and demos.

• Keep track of leads and sales using CRM software.

• Follow up with clients to move deals forward.

• Work closely with internal teams for seamless sales processes.

Weekly Tasks:

• Strategize sales plans for maximum effectiveness.

• Cultivate relationships with existing clients.

• Review sales performance and identify areas for growth.

• Engage in ongoing sales training and development.

• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and strategies.
